Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or refunds of any kind. All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if the order is either lost in transit or incorrectly fulfilled in which a part-refund or replacement product may be sent.

Shipping Policy:

Items will be shipped from our main location within Australia, typically within 5-7 business days. 

This is subject to change based on holiday periods and/or new product launch events/restocks.
